skel: add xfwm4 window manager config:

- alt+tab/window/workspace switching behavior
 - set number of workspaces to 2
 - autofocus/urgent window settings
 - window/edge snapping, positioning
 - theme/font
 - enable vsync and compositor
 - disable all transparency/shadows
 - enable desktop zoom with alt+mousewheel
