- UI/dialogs settings/placement
 - enable all peer exchange methods excet local peer discovery
 - set fixed peer port to 52943
 - play sound/notification on completion
 - append .part to partially downloaded files
 - disable rpc

 - no disk space preallocation when download starts
 - start newly added torrents
 - inhibet sleep/hibernate
