Ensure curl uses period separators for floating point values
...
`bc` requires these to do calculations; it can't use locale separators
like `,`

Fallback to http1.1 if http2 isn't supported
...
Fixes #4 . Even though the curl command may show that the `--http2` option is available, the version of libcurl that's been linked against might not support it.

-v verbose mode, -o log directory (unneeded as it turns out)
...
and the ability to collect the combined headers from a -n call into a single log file.
The -o option isn't needed if the bug with specifying a full-path to a log file is fixed
