### Client (installer)
use http://mirror.centos.org/centos/8/BaseOS/x86_64/os/ as repo and set proxy to <ip>:<port>

### Client (DNF)
make sure to set repos to use base url
add folowing to /etc/dnf/dnf.conf

proxy=http://<ip>:<port>
```
