5ea1b838a7 Add a curl passthrough option -o 
This lets us send custom switches to curl like -k
to ignore invalid certificates. Call ttfb like this:
ttfb -o "-k" https://self-signed.badssl.com

7243614da2 Ensure curl uses period separators for floating point values 
`bc` requires these to do calculations; it can't use locale separators
like `,`

92f46ba2af Fallback to http1.1 if http2 isn't supported 
Fixes #4. Even though the curl command may show that the `--http2` option is available, the version of libcurl that's been linked against might not support it.

a2357a6035 Just output the ttfb value for the basic option 
-v option shows response breakdown for single and multiple requests

563c16e947 -v verbose mode, -o log directory (unneeded as it turns out) 
and the ability to collect the combined headers from a -n call into a single log file.

The -o option isn't needed if the bug with specifying a full-path to a log file is fixed
